What type of removal work do you undertake?

We carry out the following categories of removal work: UK Domestic, European Domestic, UK Commercial, European Commercial, Inter Continental, Export Documentation, Grand Pianos, Upright Pianos and Antiques.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured including Goods in Transit.

Can you pack unusual or large items?

Yes, during your house removal we can pack and protect all your household goods including large or unusual items, such as pianos, safes etc.

What about breakable or valuable items?

We will supply you with specialist wrapping materials to protect your breakable and valuable items. If necessary, we will carry out the wrapping for you.

Can you guarantee a date and time of delivery?

We will advise you of a delivery time, this will normally be next day for the UK and within two days for Western Europe from port of disembarkation.

What if we need to move over a weekend?

If you need your house removal over the weekend, we will be pleased to arrange this for you.

What if I live on a busy road and lorries can't park in daytime?

If necessary, we will arrange to move you at night when the road is less busy or we can liaise with the local police to have cones erected, road closed, etc..

Can you move office contents?

Yes, we can arrange to move and store office contents, whether large, medium or small.

Can you arrange storage?

Yes, we can offer secure storage facilities, short or long term, including document storage.

Our 14,000sq ft storage facility (equivalent to the contents of 200 average size houses), is fully heated, alarmed with Redcare and has 24 hour CCTV monitoring.

Can I pay by credit and debit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
