COVID 19 UPDATE January 2021

Following the new lockdown guidelines outlined in the update from the Scottish Government , we are pleased to announce that we are still undertaking removals locally and nationally and offering storage services.

In agreement with Government guidelines, all of our staff and depots have been issued and equipped with PPE to ensure the highest level of safety for both customers and staff members alike.

We are undertaking face to face surveys, were appropriate, for customers in adherence with the current social distancing guidelines. We can also provide self survey or virtual surveys for customers who are currently shielding or who would prefer to have a survey undertaken remotely.

REMOVALS: WE CONTINUE TO COMPLETE REMOVALS LOCALLY & NATIONALLY.

STORAGE: OUR STORAGE FACILITIES ARE STAFFED BUT ON A REDUCED LEVEL. WE ARE OPERATING A TIMETABLE SYSTEM TO VISIT OUR STORAGE FACILITY – AS PER OUR RECENT COMMUNICATION, PLEASE E MAIL – enquiries@precision-removals.com to book a slot.

Security is paramount to us so for your peace, of mind our stores are fully alarmed and we have recently installed a brand new 24 hour monitored CCTV system.

SURVEY’S, QUOTES, ENQUIRIES & PAYMENTS: Our offices are open on a reduced staffing basis but we continue to be operational remotely aswell and will be able to communicate with all clients. We are still able to take enquiries, discuss removal and storage requirements and take payments for storage.

We are set up for home working and have phone and system diverts set up to do this. We will continue to be able to give quotes for our services over the phone and as movement is restricted, we can carry out phone survey’s or virtual survey’s.

We will continue to follow the Government guidelines until further notice in the interest of our clients and our employees.
